There are so many ways we can work together, and it's all about what works best for you. We can be formal, with specific goals and monthly accountability, or we can just talk. Sometimes you already know the answers, you just need someone to help you realize that, and give you the confidence to move forward.
PRICING AND STRUCTURE:
Coaching includes one face-to-face meeting per month, plus frequent check-in's throughout the month to keep you on track and supported in your work. I recommend at least a 6 month commitment to coaching, to give yourself ample time to achieve your goals.
